What information is most important for grieving pet owners to know?

Every pet is different, and so is every family's situation. Our pricing is based on your pet's weight (weighed at our facility before keepsakes and cremation is done) and the package you choose. It includes the package, pickup/drop-off, mileage fee (if applicable), and taxes. We do not have surprise fees for nights, weekends, or holidays.

How do you explain your services with care and understanding?

We will pick your pet up from your home or the veterinarian's office. Once your pet arrives at our facility, they are handled with respect and care throughout the cremation process. With kid gloves, we weigh your pet and take a paw print as well as any other keepsakes you have requested in your package. Your pet will then move into the actual cremation process. Once the cremation process is respectfully completed, the package you chose is prepared and then placed in line for delivery back to your home or the vet clinic. You also have the option to pick up your pet's ashes from our facility directly.

How do I arrange for services?

You can arrange for our services by calling us at 606-221-9388 or by emailing us at legacyacrescremation@gmail.com . But, we will most likely be able to assist faster if you call us directly. We will guide you through the entire process and answer every question you have.

Do you offer emergency or after-hours pickup?

Yes, we understand that difficult times can happen at any moment. We offer after-hours and emergency pet pickup services. Please call us directly at 606-221-9388 for immediate assistance.

What happens if my pet passes away at home?

When it's time to say goodbye, your vet focuses on care. We focus on the transition. One call to us, that all it takes for your peace of mind. Call us directly at 606-221-9388, whether your pet has passed at home or the vet clinic. We will handle everything, coordinate with your vet when needed, so you don't have to. You also have the option of taking your beloved pet on their final ride to our facility directly. (We do not offer viewings)

How long does the cremation process take?

The cremation process typically takes a few days from pickup to the return of your pet's ashes, depending on the chosen package and scheduling. We will provide a more precise timeline when you arrange services.

How do I know I am receiving my pet's ashes?

We offer private cremation, ensuring your companion is the only pet in the chamber, providing you with absolute certainty and peace of mind. Unlike communal cremation, where multiple pets are cremated together, private cremation guarantees that your pet's ashes are returned to you.
